What we’ve been up to lately

This past summer we completed some major projects. Here’s a quick summary of what we’ve been working on.

Over the summer we experienced a hesitancy in the economy that we suspect was brought about by two things: summer vacations, and the ‘wait and see’ attitude that many businesses have adopted in response to ongoing political uncertainty. Nevertheless, we worked on and completed some major projects over the summer and wanted to share those with you today.

The Primary Care Access & Attachment Team is a group of six community organizations who work with those who experience substance use, social isolation, displacement and mental health concerns in our community. As a team they will bridge the gaps that prevent these vulnerable people from getting the care they so desperately need. They needed a website to ‘spread the word’ to other community groups and health professionals in the city.

We worked with Sarah Deluca at Good Shepherd Hamilton, who had this to say about the process:

“Dunham Group is a fantastic partner – creative, responsive, and collaborative. They consistently deliver excellent work and adapt seamlessly to our evolving needs.”

They took the reins of their new website at the end of August and are running with it! Subscribe to their newsletter to learn how they are making a difference.

Ruth Buckinger, our lead contact at GRAN had this to say:

“GRAN is delighted with our beautiful new website! Throughout the design process you listened carefully, responding to our needs and creating a site that is very “us”. Our sincere thanks to the whole DG team. You guys are the best.”

Norfolk Family Eye Care

As Windows 10 nears its end of support in October, Norfolk Family Eyecare is ensuring a smooth transition with the help of The Dunham Group. Our IT team is overseeing computer upgrades and secure data transfers, helping the practice avoid the risks of running unsupported systems while also reaping the benefits of faster, more reliable technology. By handling the migration of office data with care, The Dunham Group ensures there is no disruption to daily operations, allowing Norfolk Family Eyecare to stay focused on delivering excellent patient care. This proactive upgrade strategy highlights Dunham’s commitment to safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining Norfolk Family Eyecare’s technology environment as modern, secure, and efficient.

Office manager Tracy Cochrane singled out IT team lead Jeremy McMaster in her comments:

“We’ve worked with Jeremy at The Dunham Group for years, and he has consistently gone above and beyond. Incredibly knowledgeable, reliable, and always quick to solve any issue—we genuinely don’t know what we’d do without him. He’s one of those rare IT professionals who never disappoints and always delivers with professionalism and a great attitude.”
