Grandmothers Advocacy
Grandmothers Advocacy Network needed their website migrated to WordPress and spruced up to better reflect who they are, as well as the work they do. They needed their old data preserved and their workflows improved so they could continue their operations without skipping a beat.
Migrating and refreshing a website while preserving data, workflows and SEO performance
The primary objective of this project was to migrate the Grandmothers Advocacy Network (GRAN) website from Drupal to WordPress while preserving their existing content and data, maintaining SEO performance, avoiding downtime, and ensuring their teams could continue working efficiently throughout the transition and afterwards.
They also wanted confidence that critical integrations and workflows will remain intact while positioning their site for future growth.
Our team seized the opportunity to give them a new and improved layout that better reflects who they are now, and gives them a platform to better showcase the work they are doing and their impact.

What we delivered
- Migration to a new platform without data loss and with no disruptions
- A modern, mobile-friendly website aligned with GRAN’s brand
- Improved user experience with clear navigation and messaging
- Improved workflows
- An accessible, WCAG-compliant experience to ensure usability for all visitors
- Training and on-going support
