For more than seven years, we’ve partnered with AED4Life to support its growth as Canada’s largest AED distributor. Through ongoing website development, digital marketing, SEO, AI optimization, and technical support, we’ve helped evolve its digital presence alongside the business.

AED4Life is Canada’s largest AED distributor, managing over 70,000 units nationwide and operating a high-volume Shopify eCommerce platform.

As the company expanded its product catalog, services, educational resources, and customer programs, its digital presence needed to evolve alongside the business. We identified new opportunities to improve their search visibility, strengthen customer engagement, facilitate online sales, and prepare the website for the future of AI-powered search and product discovery.

With our long-term, multi-channel digital marketing approach (spanning SEO, paid advertising, email marketing, landing page development, and structured product improvements), we have continually refined and expanded AED4Life’s digital ecosystem to support changing business requirements and customer needs.

Design system

The design system uses Oswald and DM Sans, paired with a red and blue primary palette, grounded by neutral greys and dark typography to reinforce a clean, clinical, and trustworthy medical aesthetic.

Our approach and results

AED4Life’s growth strategy extended beyond any single marketing channel. Our role was to continuously identify opportunities to increase visibility, improve the customer journey, and support online sales through a combination of digital marketing, website enhancements, and eCommerce initiatives.

Shopify website design & development

We designed and developed the AED4Life eCommerce platform with a focus on selling high-ticket products.

We structured the website to simplify product discovery, support informed purchasing decisions, and guide visitors toward conversion.

Search Engine Optimization

We continuously improve AED4Life’s organic search presence through technical SEO, content optimization, indexing improvements, and site health management.

Using insights from Dunham Insights, we identify opportunities to improve rankings, increase visibility for high-value search terms, and address issues that could impact search performance.

Google & Facebook ads

We managed ongoing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns to increase visibility, attract qualified traffic, and support customer acquisition efforts across sales channels.

Email marketing

To drive repeat sales, we developed targeted email campaigns to re-engage existing customers and rekindle interest in products.

These campaigns helped strengthen customer retention and generate additional revenue from existing audiences.

Measurement & reporting

We continuously track website traffic, search rankings, conversions, and online sales to measure performance and identify opportunities for growth. Regular reporting and strategy discussions with the client help prioritize initiatives, evaluate results, and guide future marketing efforts.

AI optimization

We created a checklist of items that should be included with every product for proper AI agent optimization, then audited the top 100 products on the site and worked with the client to add any missing information.

We did the same for other non-product areas of the website to ensure that content was properly structured, schema was present and conversational tone was used.

Landing pages

We identified opportunities to improve visibility for searches related to specific industries and use cases. To capture this demand, we created dedicated industry pages and incorporated them into the website with a user-friendly navigation structure.

Ongoing website support

We provide ongoing support for AED4Life’s Shopify website to ensure it remains stable, up to date, and aligned with the business’s evolving needs.

We implement updates, resolve technical issues, add new features, update content, and support new requirements as the product catalog and business operations continue to expand.
